Speed Distance Time Calculator
Any one of the three from the other two, in metric or imperial units.
Pace, time and distance, with race splits.
Per kilometre or mile.

Running Pace Calculator converts between the three quantities a run is described by: distance, time and pace. Give it any two and it returns the third, with the pace in both minutes per kilometre and minutes per mile, and the speed in km/h.
The race table is the part runners use most. Once a pace is set, it projects the finish time for every standard distance, which is how you check whether a target is consistent. If your 5 km pace projects a marathon time you know you cannot run, the target pace is wrong -- real performance drops as distance rises, by roughly five per cent per doubling.
Pace per mile and pace per kilometre differ by a factor of 1.609, which sounds obvious and catches people constantly: a 5:00 kilometre is an 8:03 mile, not a 5:00 mile. Races, watches and training plans mix the two freely, so both are always shown here.
This is general information and not medical advice. The formula cannot know your medical history, your medication, your body composition or anything else specific to you. Speak to a doctor or another qualified professional about any question concerning your health, and never delay seeking advice because of a figure on this page.
Your measurements are processed inside your own browser. Height, weight, age and anything else you enter never leave your device, nothing is logged, and nothing survives closing the tab.

The running pace calculator is used by writers, developers, students, marketers and anyone else who needs the job done once without installing software. Common cases include:
Multiply by 1.609344. A 5:00 km is an 8:03 mile. Both are shown here so you do not have to.
They assume the same pace at every distance, which nobody manages. Real times drop by roughly five per cent per doubling of distance, so treat longer projections as optimistic.
Entirely individual. Your own trend over months is the measure that matters; comparing against other people mostly tells you about their training history.
