On-page SEO is mostly a set of small, checkable jobs: the title and description within their pixel limits, one clear H1, structured data that validates, a sitemap that lists every page, and internal links that actually resolve. These tools do those jobs, and measure in pixels rather than characters, because that is what Google truncates on.
The SEO title checker and meta description generator show the pixel width as you type and warn before the snippet truncates. The SERP preview renders the result as it would appear on desktop and mobile, which catches the truncation a character count misses.
The schema generator produces valid JSON-LD for the common types, with dedicated pages for FAQ and breadcrumb markup. The XML sitemap generator and robots.txt generator write the two files crawlers look for first, and the 301 redirect generator produces the rules for Apache or nginx.
The SEO audit tool takes a page's HTML and reports on titles, headings, images without alt text, link structure and structured data in one pass. The internal link checker, external link checker, image alt checker and keyword density checker each look at one aspect in more detail.
A note on what a browser cannot do: checking whether a URL responds, resolving a domain to an IP, or reading another site's robots.txt all require a request to a different domain, which browsers forbid. Those tools need a server, so they are not offered here rather than offered and broken.

Because Google truncates on width, not character count. “Illuminating” and “milliliter” have the same number of letters and very different widths, so a character limit either wastes space or truncates.
The generators produce valid JSON-LD for the type you choose. Paste the output into Google's Rich Results Test to confirm, and only mark up content that is genuinely on the page -- that, not syntax, is what loses rich results.
No. A browser cannot request another domain and read the response, so anything that needs to fetch a page cannot work client-side. Paste the page's HTML in instead.
No. They remove the reasons a search engine would skip or misrepresent your page. Ranking also needs content people want and links from sites that already have authority.
