This is the category for the things that do not belong anywhere else but get used constantly. All of them run in the browser, which matters most for the password generator: a password produced on a server is a password somebody else has seen.
The password generator uses the browser's cryptographic random number generator, not Math.random, and stores nothing. The strength checker estimates how long a password would take to crack and names the specific weakness rather than showing a coloured bar. The random number generator, random string generator and UUID generator cover the rest.
The QR code generator makes codes for links, text, Wi-Fi credentials and contact details, downloadable as PNG or SVG, and the codes are generated in the page rather than fetched from an image service. The stopwatch and countdown timer keeps time accurately even when the tab is in the background.
The HTTP status code reference, MIME type lookup and user agent parser are reference tables with search, which is faster than remembering whether 307 or 308 is the permanent one.

No. They are produced by your browser's crypto.getRandomValues and exist only in the page. Nothing is logged, nothing is transmitted, and closing the tab destroys them.
No. The encoding happens in the page, so the content of the code -- which might be a Wi-Fi password -- never leaves your device.
Length first. A long passphrase of ordinary words beats a short string of symbols, because cracking cost grows with length far faster than with character variety.
Yes, random version 4 UUIDs from the browser's crypto API, which is what almost every application wants.
