About the Days Until Calculator

Days Until Calculator counts down to a date in every unit you might want it in: days, weeks and days, working days, and years-months-days. Dates in the past are handled too, and reported as 'ago' rather than as a negative number.

The working-days figure is usually the one that matters for anything with a deadline. Eighty-three days to a launch is about fifty-nine working days, and planning against the larger number is how projects run out of time in the last fortnight.

Whether to count the target day itself is a real question rather than a detail, so it is a checkbox. A countdown to an event usually excludes the day itself; a notice period or a entitlement calculation usually includes it, and the difference of one day matters when it is a contractual date.
